Cookies.
When you visit Smoopa, we send one or more cookies – a small file containing a string of characters – to your computer or other device that uniquely identifies your browser. We use cookies to improve the quality of our service, including for storing user preferences, improving search results and ad selection, and tracking user trends. Most browsers are initially set up to accept cookies, but you can reset your browser to refuse all cookies or to indicate when a cookie is being sent. However, some Smoopa features and services may not function properly if your cookies are disabled.
Third Party Cookies.
The use of cookies by third parties is subject to their own privacy policies, not this one. Advertisers or other companies do not have access to Smoopa's cookies.
INFORMATION SHARING AND DISCLOSURE

Such information does not identify you individually. We do not sell, share, rent or trade your personally identifiable information with third parties other than as disclosed within this privacy policy.
Service Providers.
We may engage certain trusted third parties to perform functions and provide services to us, including, without limitation, hosting and maintenance, customer relationship, database storage and management, and direct marketing campaigns. We will share your personally identifiable information with these third parties, but only to the extent necessary to perform these functions and provide such services, and only pursuant to binding contractual obligations requiring such third parties to maintain the privacy and security of your data.
Compliance with Laws and Law Enforcement.
Business Transfers.
Smoopa may sell, transfer or otherwise share some or all of its assets, including your personally identifiable information, in connection with a merger, acquisition, reorganization or sale of assets or in the event of bankruptcy. You will have the opportunity to opt out of any such transfer if the new entity's planned processing of your information differs materially from that set forth in this Privacy Policy.
